高増が2004年10月12日から10月15日にドイツエルランゲンで開催されたISMQC2004に参加しました．高増はオーラルで発表，また，古谷涼秋教授（東京電機大学）のPlenaryの連名者として参加しました．このPlenaryは，最優秀論文賞を受賞しました．
